Women’s Mental Health Care

I Believe You. You are Enough.

If you have a lot on your mind and need someone to just talk to about it, you’re in the right place!

Taking care of our mental health isn’t as straightforward all the time as we’d like it to be. You might already be diagnosed with something, or you might be here exploring counseling/therapy for the first time. Either way, it’s okay to ask for some support and it’s okay to not be okay. It’s annoying. I don’t like crying either. But it is okay. None of us are perfect and it’s okay to fall down for whatever reason.

I’m here to give you a hand back up! Let’s get you up and going again!

Here’s a list of challenges/symptoms I’m particularly specialized in:

  • Feel anxious and find yourself overthinking things regularly
  • Easily overwhelmed/overstimulated/sensory challenges
  • Struggling with intrusive thoughts that you feel you’re going to lose control of
  • Challenges with depression/anxiety/mood regulation
  • Feelings of internalized shame such as thoughts that you’re a failure
  • Struggling to form meaningful friendships
  • Struggling to date
  • Feeling different and out of place in a way that is emotionally painful
  • Worrying that you’re too emotional
  • Struggling with substance misuse
  • Struggle with selective mutism (not being able to talk at weird times when you’re stressed usually but can talk normally other times)
  • You suspect you might be neurodiverse or are already diagnosed as such (ADHD, Autism, Highly Sensitive Person, etc.)
  • Need someone who is LGBTQIA+ allied
  • Need someone who is culturally trained and competent
  • Prefer online counseling with flexible scheduling

If I’ve passed the vibe check, here’s a bit more about me.

My name is Tasha Domashovetz. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and have been in practice for 9 years now (which is weird because I could’ve sworn I was only in college yesterday). My main specialty is in a counseling method called Psychodynamic Therapy. It is highly relational and gentle and focuses on helping my clients build insight into what’s happening in their lives which creates a significant amount of relief and ability to make the changes we want to see. I also like that this therapy fundamentally puts my clients in the driver’s seat and we’ll only cover topics you steer us towards when you are ready. There is no rush.

The topics I specialize in are ADHD, Autism (neurodiversity in general), Depression, Anxiety, Mood Disorders, Career Coaching/Advocacy, sports counseling, dating, friendship breakups, general trauma, and religious trauma/cult recovery.

When you work with me, I will work very hard to make sure that you have a safe haven to confide in.

I believe in you. You are enough.

Give me a call and we’ll figure all of this out.

Insurances I take: United Healthcare, Optum, Aetna, Cigna, Oscar, Oxford, Lucent Health Summit County and Grand County Government Plan, Building Hope Scholarships, Mountain Strong EAP, Angel Relief Fund by the Colorado Restaurant Foundation, and Olivia’s Fund. I also offer superbills to submit to insurance (which I will teach you how to use if needed).

    What is 10+10

This is to ensure that you are human and not a bot.

I know you might be nervous.

It’s okay. We are all nervous when we initially start looking for counseling.

But if you’ve read this far, you might as well fill out the form, give me a call, or send me an email, because you deserve this.
